Upon discussing and accepting your commission, I will require full payment before I start working on the sketch. With bigger and more expensive commissions, payment can be split into two. First part paid before I start work and second and final half must be paid after sketch has been accepted and any changes have been made.Edits can be done only while commission is still in a sketch phase. If any edits are needed after the piece is finished and paid for, I will charge for them depending on the complexity.
Full payment must be made if you're ordering a sketch.Time of completion depends on the complexity and your commission slot. Once I've started on the painting, it will be completed in the period from 10 to 30 days. (Unless discussed otherwise). Your commission will be done in the order it was accepted. I will always notify you and keep you updated on when I start working and on any progress after that.Payment accepted only by PayPal. And only with PayPal invoice. Preffered currency is GBP (british pound) but USD and Euro are accepted also. (using currency exchange rate).No refunds. Unless I'm unable to finish the commission, partial refund will be made if the sketch was finished, full refund if it's not been started on.I will require full description of what you require - pose, appearance, background, emotion, etc. References are required to get as close to your idea as possible, any other art/images/videos works.All of the commission information has to be sent via email to [email protected] that will be used to for communication, Discord - treaclecat or via Twitter DM (preferable) https://twitter.com/DarkTreaclesNo alterations, adjustments or re-use of art through the machine learning or derived technology.
If such occurs, you will be banned from commissioning me again in the future and other artists will be notified of such occurrence.
